The ACT Quality Portal is a new online tool to improve quality and reduce red-tape for service providers in the Australian Capital Territory. Select organisations are invited to participate in this targeted roll-out.
If you are eligible and join the ACT Quality Portal before 31 March 2016 there is no cost to your organisation.
The tool is a tailored version of Standards & Performance Pathways (SPP), a leading Australian online service for completing service and quality standards, compliance activities, as well as for managing risk and quality performance. SPP is provided by BNG NGO Services Online.
You can also prepare your organisation for the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding Framework, with self-assessments available for a wide range of current disability service standards, as well as for the NDIA Terms of Business. Self-assessments for the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards will be incorporated once operational.
