The Inclusive Service Standards Portal is provided to approved organisations by the Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing.
The Inclusive Service Standards provide a framework that supports organisations on their journey to becoming truly inclusive for all consumers. The Portal is designed to support aged care providers to self-assess against the Inclusive Service Standards, identify any gaps as well as focus on areas for improvement. It also offers a range of tip sheets, practice guides, training videos and sample policy templates.
To register for access, begin by entering your email address and organisation name in the fields below, and click on the “SUBSCRIBE NOW” button.
